Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing or using Spartrading, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Description of Service

Spartrading is an AI-powered trading journal designed to help traders log trades, analyze performance, identify behavioral patterns, and improve discipline. Features vary by subscription plan and may include trade logging, AI analysis, statistics, AI trade replay, weekly performance scores, and monthly PDF reports.

User Responsibilities

When using Spartrading, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete account information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Ensure that any trading data you import or enter belongs to you or you have permission to use it.
• Not attempt to disrupt, abuse, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Subscription Plans

Spartrading offers the following subscription plans:

• Starter: free plan with basic trade logging and dashboard access.
• Pro: paid plan that includes AI trading coach, statistics, emotional analysis, unlimited CSV imports, and personal AI chat.
• Elite: paid plan that includes everything in Pro plus AI Trade Replay, Weekly Performance Score, advanced statistics, monthly PDF reports, and multiple trading accounts.

Plan features and pricing are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to your next billing cycle.

Billing and Payments

Pro and Elite subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your subscription.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or through Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, your account will revert to the Starter plan and paid features will no longer be available.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, trademarks, and other materials provided by Spartrading are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without our prior written consent. Your trading data remains yours.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Spartrading to:

• Upload, transmit, or store illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content.
• Harass, abuse, or infringe on the rights of others.
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access data belonging to other users.
• Use automated systems to scrape, mine, or interfere with the platform.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account.

AI Features Disclaimer

The AI features in Spartrading, including the AI Trading Coach, AI Trade Replay, Weekly Performance Score, and Monthly Reports, are provided for educational and performance analysis purposes only. They are based solely on your own historical trading data and do not predict markets, recommend specific trades, or provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spartrading and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Spartrading in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other conduct we determine to be harmful to the platform or other users. You may also delete your account at any time from your settings.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the application. Continued use of Spartrading after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
